HICAPS

Chapel Gate Dental is equipped with HICAPS terminals, which means that we are able to process your Private Health Insurance and Medicare claims on the spot, so you are not required to physically take the claim to your Health Fund, saving you time and effort.

In addition to popular Health Funds like BUPA, Medibank Private, HCF, NIB, CBHS, there are many

Cash, Credit and Debit Cards (EFTPOS)

We accept Cash, Debit Card and all major Credit Cards.

Bulk Billing – Child Dental Benefits Scheme

If your child is eligible for Bulk Billing under Child Dental Benefits Scheme, we process the payment through Medicare Easyclaim. So you are not required to pay anything from your pocket (unless additional treatment is carried out which is not covered by Child Dental Benefits Schedule scheme).

DVA Patients

If you are holding a Gold Card from DVA, you are not required to pay from your pocket. We claim electronically from DVA through our HICAPS terminal.

My Smile Plan- Interest free payment plan

If you opt for My Smile Plan and your application is accepted, you are required to pay a 20% Deposit to My Smile Plan and balance will be covered by My Smile Plan under easy fortnightly installments for a period up to 15 months.

Installments will be debited from your Credit Card as per your instructions. These payments can be fortnightly or monthly as per your agreement signed.
